Well... I got on the scale today, about 7 months into this lifestyle change, and I am officially half way to my goal.... I gave myself 18 months to do it... and so I might just make it, since I know things slow down as the weight comes off....

anyway, I wish you all the luck, and wish myself continued luck :laugh:

    my god you're AMAZING!!!
    i'm also 7 months in to my new life, and likewise halfway to my goal weight, but in my case it's only a loss of 21 pounds! so you've lost more than 3 times as much as me in the same amount of time -- fantastic work!
