I have a huge can of this, I bought it for lactation purposes (suppose to help with milk production) but I'm curious as to what else it might be good for?? I haven't been using it and I'm wondering if I should be!

As I understand it, brewers and nutritional yeasts are different. Nutritional yeast is commonly used in many vegan recipes as it has kind of a cheesy flavor and has a high amount of vitamin B12 which is crucial for the body but is found almost exclusively in animal products. I eat nutritional yeast but have never used brewers for anything. I most frequently put nutritional yeast on popcorn (one of my favorite snacks) and I've also made a few cheeze sauce recipes from this vegan cooking blog: http://ohsheglows.com/recipage/?search_term=nutritional yeast&ui=133
Hope this helps! Btw- your pic is very beautiful- your babes are adorable!!0
