Using all the calories

The closer I get to the total calories alloted, the more the message says I will weigh in 5 weeks. Anyone have an answer to this?

Yes.
The less calories you eat, the faster you will lose weight............... in a healthy way, or not in a healthy way.
It's your choice - you can eat enough to keep your body functioning well AND lose weight slowly
or
You can choose to lose the weight extremely quickly, and risk your metabolism, feeling like crud, putting the weight back on etc.0 -
Thanks for your response but I thought we are supposed to not eat less than the number of calories the program sets up and if we exercise, we are supposed to eat extra calories.0

You should also check the protein and fat totals because they make a difference in the calculations too. Stay strong you can do it.0
