I am 5"5 and my goal is a size 7 - athletic looking with some curves.. Yeah a bad@ss look is what I am going after. I think I will probably end up weighing around 145-155. I want my BF% to be around 18%0

I am 5'5'' and my goal weigh is 120. I have passed that ONLY because we are having a biggest loser competition at my school, but I intend on gaining back the few pounds so I don't look too skinny.0

I'm 5'4 and my goal weight is 135 although it may be higher (140 -145) than that depending upon how I look in my clothes when I get close. I'm already comfortably wearing a size 6 and don't want to get much smaller than a size 4 so we'll see where that weight is when I get to that size.0

Hey everyone!
I'm 5'3 and my weight fluctuates between 99lbs and 101lbs. I'm underweight and need to gain at least 10lbs for several reasons. Before anyone starts bashing me for wanting to gain weight, please remember that skinny doesn't equate healthy. Being underweight can be just as bad as being overweight, and its harder to gain when your metabolism is naturally fast. I just started week 2 of Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 (attempting to gain in muscle because just eating a lot hasn't helped). I'm also eating at least 4000 calories per day with at minimum 40% in protein. Goal weight is 115lbs in the next 30 days.

5'3" in bare feet, and I am aiming for 120-140lbs (and a healthy BMI), depending on how it looks on me. I have a larger frame, so going less might look rather too skinny. If I could get to a size 12 I would be thrilled!!0
