Anyone understand how a person can lose inches, but not weight?

Are you working out more than you did before you started this? If so, you're probably gaining muscle, which weighs more than fat, but makes you leaner, which is why your measurements are showing lower numbers. Keep up whatever it is you're doing. Ultimately, you want your body to be smaller overall, so don't focus as much on the scale numbers--they'll catch up as your weight loss continues. Congrats, and good luck on your journey!0
