What is your protein intake now and why do you think you need more?

Also, you might want to look for non-animal sources of protein as when you take in those, you are also taking in dietary cholestol

Turkey is very high in protein... Tuna, eggs, pork, lean beef.... Pull up Google to research the foods, use Calorieking.com for nutritional information research...

Almonds, hummus, whole grain products, beans of all varieties, soy products, tempeh, really there are so many... Even just drinking a cup of soymilk will give you 6 or 7 grams of protein.

Try blending a berry/ banana smoothie with added protein. Delicious, healthy, and a fun way to add protein to your diet.

if you're sick of meat and beans, just drink a protein shake or eat a protein bar. I prefer the shakes. Most of them recommend mixing the protein powder with 6-8 oz. of fluid (water, milk, whatever), so it's quick and easy to drink!
