KT TAPE

Hi all,

I completed my first half marathon today, and I have some killer feet and knee pains. I know about icing then heat (like a bath) and what not, but I'm new to this whole KT Tape. I bought some but it seems like it is just to use "during" a workout. Is it good to use post workout? If not, I'll just keep the gold old ace raps on my peas!

    I used Rock Tape when I had an injury, I think that is the same thing (kinesiology tape, yes?)
    I think it's really for while you are working out, my physio told me to put it on before and leave it on - til it fell off really.
    So for now, keep the peas at work and congrats on your race.
    (I pulled out of one in Feb due to an injury but am on track to do my first in August instead.)

    Thank you, yes it is the same. I"ll put it on tomorrow morning before I have my workout.

    Good luck in August! I was surprised how easy it was - once I got going. It seemed like some 10Ks were more difficult!
