I like the Firm series of workouts. They incorporate aerobics and toning. Some of the tapes are strictly aerobic kickboxing and toning which are my favorite. I feel like I could totally kick *kitten* when I'm done, lol.

I am currently doing Turbo Jam, and really like it. I also have Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, but I don't burn enough calories in the level 1, which is 20 minutes.

I recommend Turbo Jam; it's upbeat, and has individual sections of cardio, ab, sculpting, and a quick 20 minute burn.

I've been doing Be Fit in 90 for three weeks and I'm already seeing some results. I've gained some muscle by doing the weight lifting routines, and my flexibility is coming back. The 90-day program gives you 35 minutes a day with 2 rest days each week. They have a nice variety of workouts: free weights, plyometrics, MMA, yoga, etc. And if the 90-day program doesn't interest you, they're always uploading videos from Jillian Michaels and others. Best part is: it's all free. :)
