4 week challenge

Anyone interested in a 4 week competition. Starting tomorrow for 4 weeks. I would like to lose 6 lbs in the next four weeks. How about you.

    I'm in, starting TODAY!!
    I've been weight training 3x weekly and although I'm losing inches, I'm not losing any actual weight. Time to start integrating some cardio to blast away the fat!

    That's where I'd like to be. Heck, even the 220s would be nice, but that might be pushing it. :laugh:
