Sandbag training??

Has any one tried training with sandbags? I first read about it on this awesome website www.bodyrock.tv which gives you free vids....problem is, the sandbag they use is like 100 bucks! I know I can probably make my own but haven't had much luck looking on the internet so far..
I work out mostly at home and do a lot of body weight strength training - I live in a studio and workout equipment tends to take up a lot of room, so I thought a sandbag would be a nice addition since you can do a lot of different exercises with it. Anyone do sandbag training here?

I made my own traditional canvas sandbag, but I decided to give a Bulgarian style one a go and I enjoy it much more. I think it cost me about $14 all together.
Here's a vid on making one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f7HFGW6tb98
If you make one, I'd recommend getting rubber cement and glue the ends before using the zip ties.
Tons of exercises you can do: http://www.youtube.com/watch?src_vid=COaLwNSHgYU&annotation_id=jhashey_annotation_87291&feature=iv&v=8PB0faPP5dM

I love sandbag training! I actually was introduced to it by Josh Henkin, who is the guru of sandbag training, at an NSCA workshop last year. I get my sandbags from him at http://www.ultimatesandbagtrainingstore.com/ but that is because I know him so I know the quality and like the idea of buying from someone I know personally. They are pretty expensive, but Josh also puts up a lot of videos for free on youtube and on his blog, so check the site for some exercise ideas if nothing else.
