Foods that you always eat more than one serving of?

For me:
1. Any cereal where the serving size is less than a cup
2. Ice cream. I don't have it very often, so when I do it's 1-1.5 cups worth
3. Broth-based canned soup (I eat the full can!)

What about you?

I don't eat more than one serving because one serving is more than enough but - home made red chile enchiladas. It's a cheesey fat tsunami but it's true comfort food for me.

    My homemade mac and cheese

Ice cream (especially double chocolate Denali moose tracks!)

    Cottage cheese (don't judge)

And, most definitely, frozen cake. I know, I know, but the texture is so much nicer and the flavors are so much better when cake is frozen!

Um basically any junk food. Cookies, snack cakes, sugary cereals, chips, most crackers. Hence why I avoid those things as much as possible.

I try not to keep these in the house now I only buy ice cream bars or ice cream sandwiches, only popchips, and count out the snack crackers

Tiramisu or cheesecake. I'd happily sit and eat half, or sometimes a whole one.
Desserts and sweets are my downfall :grumble:

I don't do this now that I'm trying to be good though

popcorn, i look like a fool eating it. i actually eat it by the handful, and eat at least 3 servings (when its air popped)! other is frozen raspberries. but i don't feel too guilty about that one! other things are the typical chips, ice cream. i find i have a hard time saving food. if i buy a treat i have to eat it right away, so i limit the amount of treats i buy!
