I keep seeing an infomercial for the Brazilian Butt Lift. Supposedly it targets the three major muscle groups in the rear to lift, tighten and sculpt.
Has anyone had success with it?
Or better just to stick to lunges, squats, inner/outer thigh lift, donkey kicks?

Do you use a HRM? If you have the amount of calories you burned all you have to do is go to the Exercise tab at the top, click my exercises and create an exercise...just put in your info for this workout and then every time you do that specific workout you can search for it in the database...you then just change the calories to fit what you burned for the next time.. Hope this helps
If you don't have a heart rate monitor..you should invest in one--I swear by my forerunner 110! I love it! I have a hard time wooing out without it anymore!!0 -
I am on week 2 now. I lost an inch off of both thighs, my waist, and hips in the first week. DEFINITELY worth it.0

I bought them last year and do the DVDs several times a week!! They are probably the best workout DVDs I've ever purchased.
Definitely buy them. You WILL get results!0
