    I think that it's important to understand why you're exercising (lose weight, build strength, etc.) That's what motivates me. But if you find it very difficult to exercise, I would suggest doing something active that you enjoy doing. Like a sport, dancing, walking the dog, or kick boxing. Hope that this helped!

    I'm in! We are scheduled to go to the beach July 1 and I would definitely like to lose at least 5 if not 10 lbs by then. I'm 5'1" and currently I'm at 129lbs. Let's go!
