pita bread dipped in baba ganoush...my weakness...I totally pig out on it...so I don't buy it anymore0

Oats and raisin cookies, soft and chewy and absolutely delish. To be honest I dont think I've ever had one serving of anything.0

Pizza...there's just something about it that makes me go beyond a normal portion...I avoid it on days when I'm not feeling I can fight the impulse to eat more than a serving.0

For me..... In order of addiction
1. Dr Pepper (I am addicted)
2. Marmite - although it's good for anyone with a B12 deficiency
3. Salt & Vinegar McCoys... Also the Mexican Chilli ones
4. Mojitos
5. Fox's Crunch Creams
That's bad... Only 1 of my 5 top foods is actually good for me... Oh but it tastes deeeeeeeeeeeelicious with everything

Breakfast Cereal - I don't buy it because I will eat three bowls.
Milk. I know that sounds weird, but there you have it. I rarely drink milk unless it's mixed with protein powder.
Cookie dough (is there a "serving" of cookie dough?). I'm not terribly interested in cookies themselves, but if I'm baking them, I WILL eat a bunch of the dough. Needless to say, I avoid baking cookies.
I WOULD always eat more than one serving of pasta if I didn't pre-measure it.0 -
hummus! i eat a cucumber or pepper and hummus for lunch sometimes. 1 or 2 tbsp isn't going to cut it for a meal!0

Breakfast cereal. I eat two cups instead of one, but at 110 calories per cup, it's well within my caloric restrictions.
Pico de Gallo, because at 5 calories per serving, it's an amazing way to heap flavor onto other foods without much consequence. I usually go up to 20 calories worth.
Eggs, because for breakfast I eat two instead of one. Only 140 calories.
But none of these are because I can't control some impulse to eat more. It's all just because I need to eat!0 -
            Deviled Eggs
Fruit Loops (never buy those evil things anymore)
Hominy & Cheese Sauce
Cheese.......I have to work really hard to manage this one.0 -

            Macaroni & Cheese
Wings
Pizza
Ice Cream
Wine

...deviled eggs (love those little suckers)
LOL Me, too.
cashews
angel food cake0 -
Middlesworth BBQ Potato Chips. They're basically in the "addictive as crack" food category!

I could just hear you getting fatter LOL JKCountry Fried Steak, mashed potatoes, biscuits, and gravy0 -
Yeah i used to eat 2 bowls of cereal when i had that for breakfast. 1 serving in some brands is just for a small child.0

Red meat, steak, ground beef. Any steak I cook is way more than a serving size. I always go over my protein when I eat red meat.0
 -
Pasta. All the different types of pasta (spaghetti, chicken alfredo & penne, shimp linguini, goolash)
that is why, I wont allow myself to have none of it, because I know right now, I wont contain myself.0 -
Rice and pasta. A half cup just doens't do it for me. I need a whole one, and measure it out to be sure I don't "heap".0

Chips, I can't stop. Pizza, I'll eat until I get a stomachache. Sushi I eat until I feel sick too! I love savory, umami, crunchy foods.0
 -
WINE! Cheese and dip. In that order!0
