PCOS

Any ladies with PCOS want to buddy up with me? I'm trying to get some buddies going to help me be motivated. It's hard not to compare my results with "normal" ladies so it would be fun to motivate each other!

I have it too and I've requested both of you as friends. I'm also a part of these groups for other support:

I'm so excited, this is really going to keep me honest! You guys should friend each other too, PCOS ladies need as much support as they can get, I think. I'm working on a Low GI diet right now. I tried it once before and it was fantastic. It got away from me when we moved.

Yep, I have it too! My first kiddo took 3 years to conceive, and after 3 months of metformin, he was on his way. My second was a total oops when I had been watching my carbs. I think carbs are my birth control, lol

I have it too. its not going to get me though I keep pushing and since i do challenges on here with people who don't have it i decided this time around i wouldn't get discouraged as easily and its working. i now set smaller goals and have a loving hubby who reminds me not to get upset with set backs there will be ups and downs and to remember where i was when i started and where i am now. it helps to remember that.
