    Thank you everyone! You've all given me a grin ear to ear, it feels like my best birthday yet! For those who have a lot to lose, I know how daunting it feels. Just don't focus on your end goal and how far you have to go. Take it one day a time, one pound at a time, one step at a time and you'll be there before you know it!
