Nothing like this really works. It is all for those people that want a quick fix. The only thing that will 'fix' being overweight is diet and exercise. Eat right, and Move!
All of these weight loss products are just trying to make money.

Google "sensa scam" and you'll see that lots of people have tried it and it is just snake oil. Apparently it's expensive too. If you want a chemical appetite suppressant I"d just pick up some good old fashioned Dexitrim or something.0
