    Marne I wasn't saying I thought you were or weren't. Just stating that I always get reported everytime I offer Advocare to ppl. I think its stupid to limit ppls options to just eating better and physical activity. Yeah that will help some, but most need to incorporate more, whether its Herbalife, Advocare, Body By Vi, Beachbody, whatever. Just because SOMEONE makes money doesn't mean anything. We are all here to help one another and to limit the avenues available is just asinine. I surely hope that the moderators of this site don't buy anything from anyone because it may benefit them and someone else is making money off them..sorry for the rant.

    I can only do my exercise in short times. I do 60 minutes of light cleaning everyday. Starting today I can do 10 minutes of bike 3 times a day. Walking is still out ...other than small amount around the house.

    Food

    Breakfast

    Silk - Soy Milk, 1 Cup

    Herbalife - Raspberry Tea, 1/2 tsp

    Herbalife - Herbal Aloe Concentrate-Mango, 1/2 fl oz

    Herbalife Healthy Meal Nutritional Shake Mix - Cafe Latte, 2 heaping tbs.

    Herbalife - Multivitamin Formula 2, 1 tablet

    Herbalife - Cell Activator, 1 capsule

    Herbalife - Aminogen, 1 tablet

    Herbalife - Protein Drink- Mix Powder Only, 2 tablespoons

    Snack

    Fruit - Banana-Medium, 1 Medium (7-8 inches)

    Lunch

    Herbalife Personalized Protein Powder - Protein Powder, 1 tablespoon

    Herbalife - Raspberry Tea, 1/2 tsp

    Wow I would starve if I followed this plan. I also dropped to only 1 shake a day unless I make the second one a snack. I need more protein in my diet and I love food so for me 1 shake a day allows me to learn how to eat and I use the shakes as a tool! Oh I'm also using the aminogen and cell-u-loss. Love the stuff!

    I would starve too, if I did normal days work. I get very few steps in and move very slow. 9 months of bed rest have not been good. I will up my intake as I move more.

    I have been on Herbalife on and off since the end of March and so far I really like it. Would love a group for support and advice. Starting today I am consistently back on Herbalife and my exercise routine!

    Yay Herablife! This is the only thing that has ever worked for me! Has anyone participated in a Herbalife Weightloss Challenge? The first one I was in changed my life - it taught me how to eat properly and read labels and ingredients, and kept me accountable!

    I agree 100 percent. I have done 2 challenges at the local Herbalife center. I love the challenges after my ankle heals...and can drive..I'm so doing another challenge there. I thought this would be the next best thing. We can all help each other.
