Weight Training

I am just starting out with weight training and I have two dumbbells 1 45 and 1 55. I am looking for some tips on how I can get a full body strength training workout with just these if it's possible. Any tips would be greatly appreciated thanks.

    Here's a pretty extensive list of things you can try with just dumbbells. By the way I worked my chest and back yesterday and never used the bar even though I had a full gym available. Dumbbells are great tools.

    free weights is the way to go, i would work only biceps since the weight is different on both dumbbells
