    That got shared around on my facebook a while back. Basic truths. I'm trying to work up my "on my feet" time every day. I have a very sedentary job and throughout the day I'm trying to find more things to do on my feet. Along with excercise. It really has made a difference in the way that I feel.

    I saw the video a while ago but it's an eye opener, that first half hour of daily activity can be life changing.
