What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? 45 minutes on the Elliptical

What would I have done differently? Nothing

What is today's personal goals? Stay within calories and exercise

    All except the worst.. fat and sodium

    No, b/c of those, I didn't excercise either

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? went for a teeth cleaning and got my flu shot (ouch)

    What would I have done differently? not had that crappy dinner and excercised

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within all of my categories and excercise!

    Yes

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I started my 5k training

    What would I have done differently? watched the fat intake its important too

    What is today's personal goals? Exercise even though I am very sore:tongue:

    Stayed on track all morning and during the day.

    What would I have done differently?
    I would have stayed away from the Sonice for dinner.

    Stay within all my nutritional goals and walk on the treadclimber tonight.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? ate very light for dinner (after eating too much the rest of the day)

    What would I have done differently? less snacks

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within calories - will be kind of challenging since I skipped my step class this morning and am going out to eat tonight for my son's birthday
