Foods with lots of PROTEIN!

When trying to get extra protein, just becareful of the fat content... It might be healthy fat, like from peanut butter & walnuts, but it's still high in fat... I ran into that problem before..
But fish, non-fat Greek yogurt, edamame(soybean), protien Shakes, eggs, walnuts and reduced fat Swiss Cheese. I've found white cheeses are higher in protien.
true...good sub for peanut butter is PB2...tastes the same but less calories.0 -
I see several who post about the Greek Yogurt. Going to have to try that as I need more protein too. I wish I liked cottage cheese but the texture alone gets to me.
don't they have whipped cottage cheese too ?? I dont mind the curds but I hear ya0
