    Wow! You look spectacular! Any thing in particular that helped you out? Any good meal suggestions and work out plans? As a new member I'm very interested to see how you had your success.... I've been struggling so much with my weight and I'm finally at my last attempt! Something has to change!

    Sorry it took me so long to reply to you.

    Basically, I try to eat as cleanly as possible (few processed foods), drink lots of water, whole grains, lots of fruits/veggies, lean meats, and lowfat dairy.
    As far as working out, I just started running, but I also do a plethora of exercise videos. Some of my faves are Biggest Loser ones and Turbo Jam. I do have an exercise bike I use sometimes too if I want to watch TV while I workout.

    Good luck to you!

    (BTW, the biggest thing that helped me out was/is my motivation...my mom's early death due to a heart attack. Find something that truly motivates you, and nothing can stop you!)
