I'm 5' 0" and weigh just over 120 right now. I've lost 25 pounds (some of that before joining myfitnesspal) and consider 120 to be my maintenance weight so I'm just trying to gain strength without putting too much weight back on at this point.0

Hi everyone! I'm new here. I'm 5'2" and 167lb. I have 4 kids and never really lost any of my baby weight from the first one 10 years ago and just kept adding on with each baby. I'd like to lose 52lb and get down to 115lb. I'm not only looking to lose weight but also get fit and toned and add muscle. I have a hard time staying motivated so it would be really nice to have some online buddies to chat with about our struggles.0
