It sounds silly but when ever I see people out exercising, I want to yell "Good for you" or "keep kicking *kitten*" because even though I don't know them, I am proud they are choosing to get out and exercise!!!

I'm proud to have so many cool friends here, that we're all making progress and improving ourselves \m/
