Just curious to see what everyone takes as a daily multi vitimin, and other supplements they may take.

    Just started a new multi today that trainer recommended, Brand is Pharmacist's ultimate health womans ultimate. 40 ingredients with lutein and green tea. Take Omega 3, COQ10, Vit C

    I just started vitamin C for the cold and flu season.
  • Women's Ultra Mega from GNC. I only take half the dose and make up for the rest with healthy eating. This way my bases are covered.
