    My not so Ripped In 30 results! HA (w/pics)

    I see a difference, just not as much as I was hoping for. But here they are! I dont know how many inches I lost because I forgot to measure when I started. But since Jan 16 I have lost 25lbs and 20.25 total inches, 7 of those off of my waist! I lost about 4lbs in the past month. Be kind! HA

      I can so see a difference - congrats on completing Ripped in 30. I got to level 3 and stopped - Jillian was just kicking my butt too hard - I joined the gym instead, lol. I can definitely see a difference. Keep it up!!!
