    Definitely see a change, I agree, especially in the back. But all around, the muffin top isn't so muffin-y anymore! I still have multiple muffin tops, but they're getting smaller.

    Maybe this is the incentive I need to actually do the 30DS instead of just previewing it. THink I have the Rin30 as well.

    Thanks for sharing your changes.....it's a good incentive for the rest of us

    I see a difference! The most I see on you is your back but you definitely made a huge dent i your stomach too and your arms are more cut. If you think about it for one month that is AMAZING! Keep it up~!

    Thanks everyone! Hopefully a month of 30DS will provide more results! I did 30DS back in Jan/Feb and half of it back in April so I figure I will give it another go then do another round of Ripped In 30 till I can save some money for Insanity!
