Clean eating menu plan?

I have not been doing well with my eating lately, and I think it's wreaking havoc on my body (lots of gas and nausea). I need to eat more cleanly. I have one Clean Eating cookbook, but I would like maybe some menu ideas (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks) from you all. Can you give me like a 5-7 day eating plan? Thanks!

You can't get a whole lot cleaner than genuine Paleo eating. The cookbooks Make It Paleo & Paleo Comfort Foods are 2 of my favorites. I go gaga for the jambalaya in PCF.0

I have a few of her books. She is every inspiring. She also has a good magazine called "Oxygen" that has really good clean daily menus.

In terms of bloating or gas when I cut out bread and grains I noticed it went away. I had some bread the other day and it made me really gassy and bloated. I eat rice sometimes but when I do I make sure its white rice. I know the brown rice is slower absorbing but I think the slow digestion makes it irritating for me.
I used to think I had a lactose intolerance, but dairy isn't having any affect on me now.
For eating plan, I usually have eggs and some chicken sausage for breakfast. I eat fruits for snacks too. Usually dinner I'll cook a protein and some veggies. Other times I'll have salads with chicken, nuts, olives, and other veggies. I'll top the salads with a fat free vinaigrette if I'm over on fats or with just oil and vinegar if I want the fats.
Instead of following a rigid meal plan just look for simple meal ideas. For dinner you can always do protein with a side of veggies. These could be fish, eggs, chicken, meat, etc. I avoid soy products because I think they're too processed and I don't consider it to be really clean.
Lunch could always be the same as dinner or you can have salads too. For breakfast I just keep it simple and quick so fruits, eggs, sausage, milk, maybe yogurt, etc. Occasionally I'll have ice cream for breakfast lol0 -
