    I guess Mulan...but to me most of what Disney/other fairy tales do is continue to perpetuate the myth that there is a prince charming and that you live happily ever after. The sooner girls come to terms with having to fend for themselves and that life is full of not-so-happy endings, the better :laugh:

    Belle. I think she's amazing. Princess Jasmine next, mainly because Aladdin is a babe.

    Aladdin is by far the best prince. He treats Jasmine better than the other princes treat their princesses.

    I have loved Sleeping Beauty for ever! I love the names Briar Rose and Aurora. I have Sleeping Beauty snowglobes and the movie on Beta, VHS, DVD, and hopefully Blu Ray! LOL

    OMG, I agree. Belle is my favorite because she is smart, resourceful, brave, and clever. She also is able to make hard choices.

    I also LOVE LOVE sleeping beauty's name: Aurora. I would have named my daughter that if my husband didn't hate it, lol. She is probably my third favorite.

    Aladdin is a babe!!! Also I've got the hots for Prince Eric (Ariel's beau), but once i open that can of worms.. haha!!:blushing:

    Mulan lovers: slight technicality... Mulan is not actually a princess. That being said .. love her!
    Personally I'd eliminate everyone that wasn't a princess by birth anyway. But that's just me. lol

    Well.....I was always Snow White or Belle for Halloween. Mom sewed my costumes and I am dark brunette with pale (an ex bf once said porcelain, but lets be honest, I'm a ghost) and plus I love to read so I fit into those quite well and related to Belle.

    But still have the urge to push off the back of the sofa during the end of Part of Your World when Ariel is on the rocks.

    When my daughter was 2 she told me that she didn't understand why Jasmine was in the picture with the other princesses because she wasn't one. When I asked her why she thought Jasmine wasn't a princess, she said 'because she's wearing pants'. :laugh:
