    I look right now how you looked in the first pics and this excites me so much!!
    I have a fairly low calorie diet - I usually eat around 1400 a day and I've just bought a cross trainer and 30DS so I'm hoping I can look as fantastic as you!!

    Well done! You look FAB! What a difference a stone makes. We are similar sizes ( I am 5'4 and 117 pounds) so you have given me an incentive to keep going (my holiday is in 7 weeks)

    You look amazing! Great job and awesome accomplishment. I am 5 1 and need to drop another 40-45 lbs. I have the 30 day shred but I am the type that gets burned out on the same workout. So I joined a gym this week. First night is tonight. Hopefully I will see some results.
