JM Killer buns and thighs- Starting June 11th

Ok, so I did the 30DS from Feb-march and RI30 April-May and now May-June. I plan to do Killer june and thighs next starting June 11th. If you'd like to do it with me for support I'd love the help :drinker:

Me! I was planning to do it anyway, and I'm finishing up RI30 on June 9. One day of rest, and then it's on to the next. I also bought 6W6P, so that might be something I do after killer buns and thighs. My pear shape is becoming MORE pronounced right now.0

I'm in, I have been doing the 30DS and I just ordered the KB&T and also JM Banish Fat and Boost Metabolism. I will probably rotate the three of them to try and trick my body out of this rut!! :-)0

i attempted to do JM killer buns and thighs this morning after I had already done 40 minutes on the treadclimber! I was only able to do maybe 10 minutes...ugh! I felt like it was going too fast and I wasn't able to do the exercises correctly, especially when you kind of had to bounce in between each move! Has anyone done this video before....any tips?0

I did it a few days awhile back. I would suggest not doing another work out prior, you could do one after but I felt like if I did it before I was dieing during the video. You don't have to go the same pace as them as long as you have good form, that's the best advice I can give0 -

I just ordered KB&T today, can't wait to get it - I've been hoarding it in my shopping cart at amazon for weeks now, but waited to buy it since I was in the middle of 30DS. LOL I am starting RI30 today or tomorrow - have one last 30DS to complete today to be officially done with my 30 days there. Anyone know if it's too much to do RI30 and KB&T at same time???0

Killer buns and thighs is a great workout. I wouldn't do it together with ripped in 30 everyday but maybe a few days a week.0

i agree. because ripped in 30 does a lot of work on your thighs and you'd be in a lot of pain if you did both every day0 -
Just finished 10 days of level 1 - didn't lose an inch! Also started c25k - usually rotating days but doing both some days! How is everyone else doing?0

I am a little late but you know why!!! (my knee)
I have re-started KBT from yesterday and tried level 3 (phew) it was a killer
I am doing NMTZ and BFBM and Yoga meltdown as well
I love every DVD!!!0 -
After 3 days, I don't want to move!
It hurts to roll over in bed and forget wanting to sit down to do anything, including use the restroom! It's a 'good' pain though, at least I know its working. :happy:

Hi all! Just started level 2. I am SO glad I did level 1 for 10 days! It's tough but doable! I can only imagine what level3 is like.....ewwwww0
