I am most happy about the difference I can see in my arm and shoulder. This makes me feel a lot better about lifting weights and I am so glad that I did. I appreciate the difference in my stomach and neck as well, but am amazed with my arm and shoulder. Glad I am able to share! :)

    what are you doing for the weight lifting? I started lifting free weights but havent done it for a while, I find it hard to go in my basement and just DO IT......you look great though after such a short time!! Well done :-)

    nice! So happy for you! i have been doing Curves Curcuit training for about 2 months and I have noticed more definition in my arms! It's amazing!

    I only lift 2 x a week but I am taking a Strictly Strength class for 60 minutes both times. We work on Biceps, Triceps, Shoulders, Chest, Abs, Thighs & Butt.

    And I am not lifting heavy....8-25 pounds.

    I also agree that it's difficult to be motivated on your own. That's why I joined the Gym! Some of them are fairly cheap!

    I didn't start lifting weights until the end of April....I only lift (not heavy) 2 x per week. Thanks!
