Hi,

I dont know if this would be considered an NSV or not, but I am trying to get in terms with the fact that I can not consume the same food portions, that I used to consume. I feel full half way through those portions and suprise myself whne im full with a single sandwich or a bowl of salad! Wohooooo

Portion control= achieved!!! :D

I immidiately feel sick if I eat a tad bit more than what my stomach can take. overeating is no mroe an option..... it takes my body into a state of illness, which takes me ONE WHOLE DAY to digest and get out my system.

Just thougth id share!

    I'd say so.

That's a huge part of the fat-loss battle. Knowing when to stop makes it easy to continue eating tasty stuff while not getting fat.

    Thumbs up to you!

GOOD FOR YOU! Amazing isn't it when our body realizes what is the "right' size portion. I still don't trust myself to eyeball it so I measure everything.
  • Definitely a NSV. Congratulations!
