    Just made my goal wt and gained a few back in celebration. I'm back to the gym and will get it done. I am trying to get to 140 to give myself some play room. My doctor does not want me below 140.

    I'm following a low carb lifestyle. It works for me so, I don't need any flack from the anti-lowcarb folks. For workouts I do hula hooping, yoga and stair stepper. (my favorites) but, I do mix it up with floor routines using weights.

    I drink no less than 2 gallons of water per day.
  • candlm83, you're doing great so far!! and that's wise with making smaller goals toward the larger ultimate goal, gives more moments of success to keep encouraging you. good for you!
