I'm following a low carb lifestyle. It works for me so, I don't need any flack from the anti-lowcarb folks. For workouts I do hula hooping, yoga and stair stepper. (my favorites) but, I do mix it up with floor routines using weights.
I drink no less than 2 gallons of water per day.0 -
candlm83, you're doing great so far!! and that's wise with making smaller goals toward the larger ultimate goal, gives more moments of success to keep encouraging you. good for you!0

My loss has been gradual (I'm not dieting, I'm working on a lifestyle change and that doesn't happen overnight!) but all my work has added up to huge change - I've dropped from a 16 to a 6!!!
