So, here's the deal..
Free to everyone and you can join at any time!
Starts June1st
The challenge is simple...
Exercise 24 hours (1440 minutes) total in the month of June. Lots of people completed this challenge last month - including myself
CAN YOU DO IT??
People always ask what exercise counts. . It's TOTALLY up to you - I personally only include things I do specifically for exercise (not cleaning). It's a challenge for yourself so you decide.
