I'm not really the kind of person who posts before and after pics, mainly because I didn't take any but also because I don't think that I ever thought I would get to the stage where I felt like I had actually accomplished something with my weight. It all seemed unreachable. But after looking through many old photo albums and cringing at the sight of myself, I've realised that I have. And maybe I need to post this so that I can see it clearly, accept it and be proud of it. Instead of constantly finding negatives and flaws.

    wow you can really see a difference! I went through the same thing, i didnt realize just how different i looked now until i went through photo albums. amazing job! really motivating :)
