working the midnight shift and trying not to snack!!!!

I find working midnights tough. I want to snack on shift, thats what we do. I brought veggies, fruit, rice crisps and drank lots of water.....................grrrrrr hope I can make it through!!
Does anyone have any other suggestions for some good healthy snacks??

    Sounds like you already have some good snacks with you. How about popcorn? If you have a microwave, you could bring a bag and pop it while you're there. Most of the "light/fat free" varieties are very low in calories. GL! :flowerforyou:
