    Tmoney19 I have been monitoring what I eat fairly closely (I have had a few slip up days where I am snacking on everythingand I do mean everything). Planning a trip to Key West for the 4th need I say more (will need to wear a swimsuit:sad:). I also make sure that I get my workouts in first thing in the morning because I will make excuses in the evening. Last but not least I weigh myself only once a week on the same day (my ego cannot handle the daily weigh ins:noway:).

    You have to find what motivates you and let that keep you focused.

    7lbs down...3 to go!! Not much time left so hope I can do it!

    Still stuck at 180 :*( I haven't budged since the 19th. I hate plateaus. But good news is my inches are still going down. I've lost 4.75" in my waist and 2.5" in my hips since May 1st so I can't be too sad about it all. Will try again next month! Great job everyone!

    Well, I realized that I didn't post my May 1 starting weight... 142.6 AND that I may not make it this month! :( Today's weigh in was 134.4. Will update with tomorrow's weigh in. LOL

    I am happy, though, that I have broken my 5lb/month average loss with at least an 8.2 loss this month! That is including taking fertility meds & decreasing my cardio workouts while we wait to see if we get pregnant soon!

    9.5 lbs. down since May 18th!
    QUITE pleased about that.:bigsmile:

    Unless anyone objects, I'll start up a June thread this evening so we're all ready for June 1!

    Looking forward to continuing this challenge originally began by Monroe121 in April! Cheers to her for the idea and getting the ball rolling and to us for keeping up the momentum to keep the challenge going.:bigsmile:

    We all have so much to be proud of!! Whether we lost 1 lb. or 10 lbs. or more, or even maintained, we were focused and made positive changes by simply being more aware each day!

    Plus we've got another chance to start fresh for June in less than 24 hrs. :tongue:

    Really proud of everyone:drinker: :wink:

    Be on the look out for the new thread, I'll post the link here after I get it started. :wink:

    Didn't make goal weight.:angry: Only lost 3 lbs. Had some foot issues so exercise was lacking. Will need to step it up a bit!

    I did not quite meet the 10 pound mark. But I am so happy for everyone else who did!! Congrats to all of you! Today is June 1 and I am shooting for 10 again! I AM NOT A QUITER!!!!!
