Needs New idea's

So i eat pretty much the same thing every day and it's time to change things up and i was wondering what is everyone else eating for breakfast, lunch , dinner and snacks.... Maybe then it would give me some better idea's on what to add into my diet....


So mine for now is

Breakfast : 2 eggs, 2 slices turkey bacon, 1 slice orowheat double fiber bread

Lunch: Either Tuna with a salad or chicken breast with a salad

Dinner: I'll do fish with tons of veggies or Chicken

Snacks : celery with laughing cow cheese (yum) and a piece of fruit

    Breakfast was shredded mini wheats with 1 cup skim milk. Lunch will be 2 tbs natural pb and sugar free jelly on 45 calorie whole wheat., 1 apple and 1 cup of light yogurt. Dinner will be 13 oz of my homemade whole wheat crockpot lasagna . snacks will be a fiber one bar and possibly some air popped popcorn. I need to change up my lunches. I've been eating pb & j for quite some time. Cindy :heart:

    you can check out my food diary, i eat a lot of the same things sometimes, but i switch it up about every week. hopefully it can give you some ideas. remember smaller portions! :happy:

    I noticed you are eating around 1200 calories do you find your self losing weight at a slow pace eating only 1200 a day or at a fast pace ??? Im also doing 1200 calories and i always wonder if it's too little of a calorie intake and also do you eat more on the days you workout ?

    You're welcome to check out my food diary, too. I'm not the greatest example, though, because I too often budget my calories so I can have stuff like beer or cake. :laugh:

    My food diary is also visable and pretty spread when it comes to food. I get bored with food very quickly. But very often for breakfast I do have multi-grain cheerios with skim milk, that's what the breakfast cereal will be.
