I could very possibly live on these things! I LOVE them! Especially the Peanut Butter Crunch & Macadamia Nut w/ White Chocolate.
I like having them (or something similar) with a side of fruit for breakfast or lunch.

I just had half of one with my breakfast. I do love them, but I'm pretty sure they're high in sugar (I could be wrong.)0

I keep a few in the house and pack them along on bike rides, camping/hiking trips, and the like. They keep for a long time, don't require refrigeration, and are wonderfully energy-dense.
A little too expensive and processed for daily consumption in my book, but they're not terribly unhealthy at least. There are far worse alternatives for breakfast.0 -
Clif bars are one of my favourite recovery snacks. Good carb to protein ratio, tasty and I buy the box of 18 at Costco so they're pretty affordable too.0

I love the carrot cake ones.0

I wish they had those in the 18 pack.......... :sad:0 -
They have a mint chocolate chip one that I honestly ate 2 of everyday this offseason. They are the greatest!0

The Carrot Cake Cliff bar is definitely a favorite - but you have to be careful of all the sugar in them! They're made for athletes on the go... I think there are better options for an every day meal replacement bar.0

You're right. There is. But, these are so tasty and filling! The other bars that have less calories aren't quite a filling either, which leads me to want to eat again, sooner than I should be. I don't eat these clif bars constantly, just saying that I could. lol0 -
They are the tastiest ones out there I am sure. Hubby using the carb loaded ones for his cycling days and I use the Cliff builders with 20g protein for my strength training.
The mint chocolate chip taste like Girl Scout thin mint cookies, but I also like the peanutbutter ones and cookie ones. (I'm a choco-halic) I find them to be very satisfying. I also use the pure protein bars. Way less carbs and a few less calories, but again, not as filling.0
