      I've really been losing motivation these last few weeks, its scary how quick you can fall back into old habits..and im desperate not to go back down that miserable road again! Hoping that looking at these pics and lovely comments again will give me the kick up the butt I need to stop making excuses!

      And I hear you on the losing motivation issue - this is my 3rd real attempt at losing weight, I normally get to a point then give up. Frustrating. But the feeling of overcoming that obstacle is always better than the feeling of giving in (that's what I'm telling myself this time round. They say 3rd time's a charm). I hope you don't mind if I add you as a friend :)
