Vitamins/Supplements

Good Morning my friends....so I got me some vitamins yesterday. Ultra Women's Pack which contains a Multivitamin, Fish Oil, Vitamin D, Calcium, and Cranberry. I also picked up a bottle of Cayenne Fruit. Question, do any of you use vitamin supplements? If so, what and have you seen where they are beneficial?

I usually drink an emergen-c. It helps me from getting sick and gives me more energy.0

I take centrum men's every day I'm at work... I've found that I feel better on the days I take it, and a little less hungry by the end of the day.0

I take a multi vitamin, fish oil, B-12, vitamin D, and cinnamon capsules..... I've noticed when I don't take them I'm more sluggish and not as focused. But it may just be me....0

Has anyone who takes Fish Oil had problems with smelling fishy? I have heard that this happens often.0

I don't smell fishy but I burp up the fish taste after I take fish oil...ughh.....I don't even like fish and that burp smell/taste is just ughhhh.0
