      Thanks for the pics, Im 4'11" and have about 15-20 depending on how I feel when I get there, this shows me what a big difference that amount weight makes on a small woman. And Congrats are in order of course!

      I have a bit of a funny back and have found that doing the plank and half plank is brilliant for the whole abdomen without any back strain.

      get you a big ball to do your crunches on... I have had back surgery and it doesn't hurt if I use the ball. Good luck!
