I have been on MFP since September 2011 and I have logged on everyday but 3 days. I contribute that to me being ex military. I love this MFP thing because it is very challenging to keep account of what you are eating and exercising. Accountability and responsibility, what a great combination0

I started here the first week of January and made it until march without missing a day, then I had to devote more time to school and skipped the last week of April and all of May, and now I'm back for the summer and probably most of the fall. So I'll be on here almost every day for the next 3 months for sure, so feel free to add me!0
