I am in desperite need of a water challange today, who is in with me I am thinking of 100 oz

    I'm in. I bring my water to work and I have 104 ozs here plus I have already had 16 ozs this morning.
    Drink and drink some more !!

    I SOOOOOO need to be in on this!! :drinker: BUUUUT I have one question, I was told you should drink half your body weight in water on a daily basis. At 110lbs I should be drinking only 55oz of water. Is there any harm in drinking too much water?

    I will be in the bathroom all day, but count me in! I really need to flush my system good. Already to 16oz for the day.

    Me too! I already get made fun of at work for going all the time...i have a bladder the size of a pea!

    I'm in for 72 ounces. I really think it's making a difference for me. I just feel so much better on days when I'm drinking enough water. Cheers, everyone! :drinker:

    YAY !! For everyone drinking water today !! 64 ozs. down 2 trips to the bathroom and we still have the afternoon to go.......... keep it up we can do it !!! :wink: :drinker:

    72 oz down.....i think i am gonna break 100 soooon! 5 trips to potty...but am burning xtra calories by having to pull my pants up and down so much! lol :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:
