Hello,
I signed up for MFP a couple of months ago, dropped it after 1 week => I's coming back now and need some support! "Only" 40lbs to loose to be back on the healthy side of life, and I could use (and will need) a support system. I've never loose any weight, I keep gaining a bit here and there, and now it starts to accumulate...
Please friend me if you feel like it!

I've been using MFP for a lot of time and helped me a lot, and i hope will help u too:)

I guess I stopped because I don't like to write down that I add a burger and fish and chips the same day? I don't know... I feel demotivated sometimes, and I just drop the diet and whatever could help me stick to it Good luck to you! And keep tracking your food each day, it's the best way to make it work! I hope this time is the successful one for me too0
