Hi, I'm Heather, and I want to get to know some of you and share the journey towards our weight goal. I get a little lazy and off track sometimes, so I need some friends to keep me accountable!
My weight when I started was 190 and I've lost 12lbs. I do pretty well sticking to my calorie goal, but my exercise is inconsistent. Feel free to add me as a friend and tell me about yourself and your goals. Good luck everyone!

Hi Heather! I'm new so feel free to add me. I'm hoping to make some friends on here to keep me from slacking off . I'm so organised in other parts of my life but not when it's to do with food/weight0

Would also like some friends, so please add me. I'm starting at about where you were at the begining pounds-wise, but my problem is not so much the exercise, but food. My friend and I walk our dogs together most mornings so I at least get 30 mins a day. My problem is food! I live healthy stuff but also chocolate, ice cream and just plain old junk.0

I"m new too, I just got serious about 2 weeks ago about getting this weight / health thing under control. I've been having trouble eating ENOUGH calories every day, and when I complete my log every day it tells me I'm eating too few calories... but I"m not hungry... my dr. said I don't have to stick to the 1350 MFP recommends, but don't go under 1200 or my body goes into storage mode instead of burning mode. I was gung ho on the exercise the first week, but I've been battling a sinus infection and any kind of breathing is hard enough, so exercise has not been a priority this past week... sleep and breathing has been :blushing: Although I remember hearing somewhere that if you exercise when you're sick you get over it faster... Yesterday I was soooo far below my calories that I ate a HUGE plate of french fries (baked not deep fried) for dinner and STILL was under calories...0
