    Whenever I see pics like these, I seem to say the same thing: WOW! This is such an inspiration. I'm working on losing 100lbs and I can't even tell you how awesome it is to hear (and see!) a new success story every morning. Thank you for posting this, and AWESOME JOB!

    Thanks for all the lovely replies and friend requests :-)

    I can't really say how I stayed motivated it just seemed to happen. I did have a cheat meal ones a month which really helped along my journey. It gave me something to look forward to. I also didnt restrict myself too much. For instance I have chocolate every day and wine once a week if I fancy it. This fits in with my allowance and I don't feel guilty afterwards. I try to get my macros of 40/30/30 in most days but at the weekend I like to have a cooked breakfast on sunday.

    Unfortunate I found out recently I am hypothyroid so I was lucky I could lose the weight.

    You look absolutely amazing! You keep your hair and face prettier, too now that youve lost weight. This shows that mentally you are in a better, more aware, and more confident state of mind about yourself now. I have lost 86lbs myself with 15-20 to go. Congratz to you!
